It's touted by many as a renewable fuel source, which can help replace gasoline. But...some experts say it can also have unintended consequences, like using valuable resources like agriculture fields, and water needed for food. KCLU looks at the debate ....which was one of the topics at an energy conference in Santa Barbara.
