Even before the smoke started to clear from Santa Barbara county's Gap brushfire, community leaders were looking at another problem caused by the blaze. The fire stripped vegetation from thousands of acres of rugged mountainsides, creating the potential for flash floods, and mudslides this fall, and winter. KCLU's Lance Orozco reports.
