A fleet of experimental cars on the South Coast runs on renewable energy, and spews little more than water vapor from their exhaust pipes. Jay Leno, Cameron Diaz, and Edward Norton are among the celebrities who've test driven these high tech cars based in Ventura County, vehicles which can either run on hydrogen or gasoline.
