South Coast entertainment landmark to open new scenic overlook

The Santa Barbara Bowl is nearing a new milestone in its 15 year long effort to restore, renovate, and enhance the historic concert, and special event venue in the foothills above Santa Barbara.

A new scenic overlook at the top of the Bowl, with breathtaking views of the city, is under construction, and is expected to open by late summer. KCLU's Lance Orozco has an update on the Bowl's efforts.
