Event Description
The City of Moorpark presents a free Tax Rebate Workshop. In order to receive the tax rebate recently enacted by Congress, as part of the stimulus package, you need to file a 2007 tax return. For those adults who do not normally file a return, there is a free Tax Rebate Workshop set. A trained volunteer from the AARP Income Tax Assistance program will lead you step by step on how to complete your tax return. The center will also provide 1040 and 1040 A forms for the attendee's use.
