Event Description

The Santa Barbara Public Library System is announcing "Read for the Record" a national effort to create awareness about the importance of early learning. Read for the Record is an effort to break the World Record for the most children reading the same book on the same day.
Public reading times will be in two locations:
Goleta Library, 500 N. Fairview at 10:30am
Eastside Library, 1102 E. Montecito Street at 10:30pm
Camino Real Starbucks, Marketplace Drive, Goleta at 3:30pm
