Event Description
The Ventura County Health Care Agency’s Mobile Mammography unit will roll into Fillmore. Supervisor Kathy Long will be at the clinic at 11:00 am.
Late last year, Supervisor Long announced a $100,000 Grant Award from the Breast Cancer Prevention Fund, which specifically benefits the Mobile Mammography Project, and is sponsored by the Ventura County Medical Resource Foundation. With the support of this grant, every woman will have the opportunity to have a screening, as no one will be turned away due to their inability to pay.
