Event Description
Santa Paula Hospital has scheduled a two-month long series of classes to help people quit smoking. The first class began February 5th and consisted of an overview of the 8 week session. Classes meet every Tuesday.
Other classes touch on subjects such as Weight and Exercise, Stress & Moods, Handling ‘Slips,’ Lifestyle Balance, Life Without Cigarettes.
Nicotine Replacement Therapy Product pick-up dates are set for April 1st and April 15th.
