Event Description
The City of Moorpark Recreation and Services Department presents the Healthy Aging Seminar. Keynote speaker to be Dr. Sharon Norling as she speaks on Natural Approaches to Healthy Aging. Panel presentations include: Educating yourself before a ciris, planning ahead, options in care, community resources. Additional acitivities include Tai Chi for Improved Balance, Yoga for Stress relief, opportunity drawing and light refreshments will be served. To reserve a spot, call the phone number provided.
