VCCF presents “Open Wednesdays” a ten city community conversation throughout Ventura County, engaging local nonprofits, donors, community leaders and elected officials around key community priorities for future grantmaking.
The schedule is as follows:

The goal of “Open Wednesdays” is to provide an opportunity for leaders in each community in Ventura County to share with VCCF how priorities around key issues such as education, health care, development and workforce training, nonprofit capacity and stability, youth leadership, the arts, nursing, scholarships for college and the workforce, and other priorities should be reflected in VCCF programs, services and community grantmaking. VCCF is updating its strategic planning goals and believes that input from each community in VCCF is critical to its mission.
