Event Description
Noreen Morris is a registered nurse and also a practicing Buddhist. She has completed a three-year mediation retreat and has extensive experience with palliative and hospice care of the terminally ill. The program is meant for family or professional care givers, who will receive practical suggestions on how to work with their own mental states and how to guide the terminally ill from the shock of a fatal diagnosis to acceptance of death. The program includes mediation instruction, talks over a discussion group.
The cost is $75, $50 for seniors 65 and older.
