Event Description
Free event features Keynote Speaker Dr. Sharon Norling of the Mind, Body, Spirit Center in Westlake Village. Dr. Norling will speak on “Healing the Whole Person.” Dr. Norling takes an integrative and innovative approach, addressing the physical and emo-tional needs involved in the healing process. After the keynote, a panel of experts pre-sents on Educating Yourself Before a Crisis, including Planning Ahead, Options in Care, and Community Resources. Additional activities include tai chi and yoga demonstra-tions, light refreshments, and information displays.
