Event Description
The Ventura College Music Department presents the Music Exposed Music Festival at Ventura College.
This weeklong series of concerts, master classes, demonstrations and lectures featuring a variety of multi-talented, world-class musicians, will seek to break down the barrier between artist and audience. Through creative programming, audience members will become acquainted with these professionals and their art, as well as gain a better understanding of the composers represented and the compositional techniques involved in the works being performed. One composer that will be heard throughout the festival is Johann Sebastian Bach. Whether you join us for a concert, a class or all twelve events, you will experience "Music Exposed."

Master Class
Selected students will perform works while master teachers Kenton Youngstrom and Marissa Steingold provide comments and instruction on how to develop the art of vocal performance and classical guitar.
