Event Description
The Buenaventura Art Association is pleased to announce its 22nd annual open art competition. Each year, artists from all over Ventura County enter this exciting and competitive competition. This year, for the first time, they are offering a "Best of Show" award in addition to TWO First Place, TWO Second Place and TWO Third Place awards -- one for 2D and one for 3D artists. The accepted works will be on display at the main BuenaVentura Gallery in downtown Ventura from January 15 though February 2 and all artwork will be available for purchase.
The show is open to all Ventura county residents, with entry submissions due in the gallery on January 13 and January 14. For more information, or to enter, visit the web site.
