Recovery Innovations of California presents their Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) Mental Health Recovery Class.
Recovery Innovations of California offers free, ongoing Mental Health Recovery classes for people with mental health and/or addiction challenges at the Ventura County Behavioral Health Clinics in Oxnard, Santa Paula, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and Ventura. The weekly recurring schedule of classes is different at each clinic. For another clinic’s times and dates of service, call Recovery Innovations of California.
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP): WRAP is a course that helps an individual regain control of their life and reduces the frequency and severity of symptoms. It focuses on strengths, identifying triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down and developing a crisis plan. Class runs two hours.
WRAP classes are facilitated by certified Peer Support Specialists in recovery from mental health and/or addiction challenges.
