Event Description
The Area Housing Authority of the County offers free educational series on homeownership each month throughout the county and recently has expanded its schedule.
The class addresses the following topics: Tax Advantages of Home Ownership; Programs Available for Fnancing for a First-Time Buyer; Raising and Maintaining a High FICO Score. The seminars are educational only. There are no sales involved. The Area Housing Authority serves Camarillo, Fillmore, Moorpark, Ojai, Simi Valley and Thousand Oaks and the unincorporated areas of Ventura County.
