Event Description
Hospice of Santa Barbarba presents Healing through Poetry, a support group lead by Perie Longo.
Writing down what we say can be a comfort and a way to touch our "wisdom," heal old wounds, and boost the immune system.
Healing Through Poetry uses poetry as a springboard to explore feelings that are often difficult to express. The group is facilitated by Perie Longo, PhD, MFT, RPT (Registered Poetry Therapist).
