Bell Arts Factory presents 15th De Colores Art Show running July 11, 2008 - August 16, 2008 with an opening Fiesta reception on Saturday, July 19th.
This is a free event open to the public.
Come in before the crowd to see the artshow, it's beautiful! Don't miss the big "fiesta" with live music and dance performances, food, kids' art corner, and over 40 pieces of fine art to enjoy!
The De Colores Art Show is up. Make plans to come to the Bell Arts Factory to view the art of over thirty artists. The art exhibit is in two galleries: Gallery Under the Sun and the Bell Arts Gallery Annex located immediately behind the Gallery Under the Sun.
The De Colores Art Show is a group show of either Latino artists or non-Latino artists depicting their affinity for Latino life. What this implies is that this unique art show is open to all artists. At this art exhibit, you will view paintings (oils and acrylics), photography, metal art, sculture/ceramics, and mixed media. In the mixed media category we have installations and a rebozo as wearable art! 20There is a diversity in artists and diversity in art media. De Colores Art Show is designed to initiate a dialog among the viewers and between the artist and viewer.
The De Colores Art Show is on exhibit until August 16.
