Event Description
Vita Art Center offers a Musical Instrument Construction III workshop in Wind & Percussion Instruments of Mexico for adults.
This class will explore the musical sounds of Mexico while making instruments out of organic materials such as: gourds, reeds, sticks and corn husk. Materials are included to construct a water drum, a rattle, a flute, and a cornhusk mallet. The students will also learn how to play their instruments. $25. material fee included in price.
