Event Description
Vita Art Center offers a Musical Instrument Construction workshop, Sea Shell Trumpets, and Rasps for adults.
Participants will learn how to cut open the apex of a conch shell in order to make a trumpet. We will also make a water drum out of a gourd and its cornhusk beater. Lastly we will make rasps from deer antlers. The class will learn to play their instruments and have the chance to make music as a group at the end of the workshop. $50. Material fee included in price.
