Event Description
SBRCC's Self-Defense workshops are open to women and girls, thirteen years old and up, of various physical abilities. Each four-hour workshop offers training in awareness, assertiveness, and physical self-defense techniques in an empowering, supportive, and fun environment. Cost is $30.00, and partial scholarships are available.
