Event Description
Performances to Grow on presents the 9th annual Ojai Storytelling Festival. The Ojai Storytelling is coming with seven of the best known storytellers in the nation. There will be lots of music and comedy Tickets are available at the web site provided.
Free night: Thursday, May 1 from 7 to 8:30 at Libbey Bowl. Get a taste of the festival
Our adults only event on May 3 at 9:45 at the Ojai Art Center with Grammy winning musician David Holt and 5 time West Virginia Liars Contest Winner, Bill Lepp. Food, desserts, and wine and uproarious tales.
The Topa Topa peaks tower in the distance. Fragrant orange blossoms fill the air. A canopy of majestic oaks reaches overhead. Downtown Ojai welcomes visitors to its charming shops, galleries and cafes. The setting for the Village of Tales Storytelling Festival offers captivating performances for all ages and is truly magical.
This year’s tellers are Charlotte Blake-Alston, David Holt, Andy Irwin, Kevin Kling, Bil Lepp, Dovie Thomason, and Kuniko Yamamoto. Meet the tellers. The festival is best suited for families with children ages 6 and up. All children, regardless of age must have a ticket for each event.
