Event Description
The City of Agoura Hills Parks and Recreation Department announces it's Emotional Enrichment classes for adults. Two new classes, "Empty Nesters 101" and "Got Life Balance?" will be offered by Sepideh Yeoh. Provides adults with the tools they need to experience more balance and harmony in their lives, as each class will include a ten minute guided meditation. This class is geared toward adults who are constantly rushing from home to work wondering what their life purpose is. "Got Life Balance?" runs April 25 thru May 30 with a fee of $100.
"Empty Nesters" will help parents to create an action plan, prepare for challenges, develop ideas to build a strong connection with their college student, and will take parents on a journey of self discovery. This class runs from April 22 thru June 10 with a fee of $100.
