Event Description
The Santa Barbara Public Library presents a public lecture by Mark Lakeman on city repair in Portland hosted by the SBCC Center for Sustainability. Now a movement, City Repair is about cities, towns, grids and the intersections where our lives can converge. Multidisciplinary, City Repair combines architecture, urban planning, anthropology, community development, public art, permaculture and ecological eisng in projects that transform public space.
