A Westlake Village man is perhaps one of the most positive people you’ll ever meet, perhaps because he’s endured the unendurable.
Charlie Plumb was a 24 year old U.S. Navy pilot when he was shot down during the Vietnam War. He spent nearly six years as a POW, undergoing torture and a starvation diet.
KCLU’s Lance Orozco caught up with Plumb as he spoke at University Village, in Thousand Oaks.
