Ventura County Educator Chosen As Fulbright Scholar

A Ventura County educator has been named a Fulbright scholar.

California Lutheran University Assistant Professor Diane Rodriguez-Kiino is the second person in CLU’s history to receive the honor.  She’s a faculty member in the Graduate School of Education.  Rodriguez-Kiino will teach in Japan during the upcoming academic year, offering classes on the history of diversity in American higher education.

Since being established in 1946, more than 318,000 people have taking part in the international educational exchange program.  CLU is the parent of KCLU radio.
