The first major marijuana raid of 2014 in Ventura County is being called one of the largest in the county’s history, with the estimated street value of the plants in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

Tens of thousands of plants were seized from a remote area of the Los Padres National Forest, from a growing operation so large it took days to remove it.
