Weather forecasters say we’re in for a hot, dry summer in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
But, there’s new hope for what may happen next winter and spring. Climatologists say we are seeing an increasingly good chance of an El Nino pattern developing, which brings the potential for above average rainfall.
