Man Accused Of Planting Video Camera In Neighbor’s Home On Central Coast

Posted on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 3:26pm

Authorities on the Central Coast say they’ve arrested a man who broke into a home, and hid a wireless video camera behind some vents in a bedroom.

San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s department investigators say Eutimio Contreras Anguiano broke into a neighbor’s home in San Miguel, and planted the camera.

It may have been in operation for a few months before it was detected.

Investigators say Anguiano also stole some personal items from the home.

He’s been charged with burglary, eavesdropping, and making criminal threats.
