Santa Barbara County DA Files Charges Against UCSB Professor Over Altercation With Protestors

The Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s office filed three misdemeanor charges against a UCSB assistant professor, following an altercation with some anti-abortion protestors.

It happened March 4th on campus, and involved Department of Feminist Studies Associate Professor Mireille Miller-Young.

Prosecutors allege she took a protestor’s sign, and destroyed it.
