Two people are behind bars, and a third is being sought following a wild car chase on the Central Coast.
It started just after 12 this morning.
Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s deputies saw a car speeding near Bradley Road, and Clark Avenue in the Orcutt area.
The driver refused to stop, with the chase ending up on the 100 block of Donald Way, where the car drover across the front law of a house, hit a parked car, and finally ended up on the lawn of another home.
The three people in the car tried to flee on foot.
The driver, identified as 18 year old Catrina Gonzales of Guadalupe, was arrested as she tried to hide in bushes across the street. She was arrested on a DUI charge, as well as for hit and run, evading, and resisting an officer. A passenger, Alexander Limon of Santa Maria was arrested hiding in a nearby backyard. The 20 year old man was booked for prowling, resisting an officer, and possession of burglary tools.
A third person escaped on foot.
