A San Diego based real estate management company has taken over operation of five financially troubled hotels in California, including one on the Central Coast.
A Monterey County Superior Court judge appointed Trigild as receiver of the hotels. The hotels include the 139 room Courtyard Marriott in San Luis Obispo. Trigild is charged with running the day to day operations of the hotel while legal action is pending. Company officials say they will work with local managers to minimize any disruption to guests, or staff.
