A Simi Valley School District employee who was cleaning classrooms at a school last night stumbled across two teens vandalizing a classroom, and was struck in the face by them as they fled in his work vehicle.
It happened just after 7:30 last night, at Santa Susana Elementary School. The worker called police right after the incident.
About an hour later, two teens matching the suspects description were spotted to the rear of a business on Tapo Street. They were arrested on robbery, carjacking, burglary, felony vandalism, and gang charges.
The school employee suffered minor injuries, and did not require medical treatment.
