Serial Robber Armed With Baseball Bat Hits Three Times In Ventura County

A serial robber armed with a baseball bat has struck three times in less than a week in Ventura County.

The latest robbery occurred at about four a.m. Saturday, on the 2200 block of East Channel Islands Boulevard in Oxnard.

A man wearing a bandana, and armed with a bat threatened the store clerk, who then gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber fled before police could reach the scene.

The man is described as being a man in his mid-20’s, and standing about 5 foot 7, wearing a dark colored jacket, a baseball cap, and tan pants.

No one was hurt in any of the robberies.
