Storm System Only Creating Scattered Showers on South Coast

Posted on Monday, October 28, 2013 4:03pm

A storm system is bringing cloudy skies, and wind to the South Coast, but not much in the way of rainfall.

Only light amounts of rainfall have been reported so far in Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties.

Parts of Los Angeles County received some locally heavy rainfall.

The snow level is going to drop to around 5000 feet overnight.

This system is expected to move through the area quickly, with a chance of showers overnight, and clearing midday tomorrow.
