Posted on Friday, October 25, 2013 12:49pm

A section of Highway 101 on the Central Coast is going to be closed for a paving project.

Caltrans officials say one lane of the northbound 101 at Spyglass Drive in Pismo Beach will be closed from 8 p.m. to just after 11:30 Sunday night.  Then from 11:45 p.m., to around 4 a.m. Monday morning, the entire northbound freeway at Spyglass Drive will be completely closed, and traffic routed onto surface streets.

Caltrans crews will be re-paving the freeway’s Spyglass Drive bridge deck.
