Three Teens Accused Of Burglarizing High School In Ventura County

Three teenagers are in a lot of trouble this morning, after Oxnard Police say they were caught burglarizing a high school.

A burglar alarm went off at Hueneme High School, on the 500 block of Bard road at around 2:30 Sunday morning.

Officers say when they arrived, they learned from a campus security officer that four teenagers had broken into a classroom, but fled after they were spotted.

Three Oxnard teens, including a 13 year old girl, a 15 year old boy, and a 16 year old girl were arrested following a short foot pursuit just outside of the campus.

The fourth teen is still at large.

The teens taken into custody were arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary, and burglary.
