There’s controversy in Santa Barbara County over the fate of two buildings, including one used as a community clinic for decades.
The state is forcing the county to dispose of some of its former redevelopment agency properties.
There are big questions over whether the county can keep the building it owns which houses the Isla Vista Neighborhood Clinic, as well as an adjacent former church being eyed as a community center
