New Study Shows More Than One In Eight Santa Barbara County Residents Living In Poverty

A just released new study shows some shocking numbers about the number of people in poverty in Santa Barbara County.

According to the report, more than 50,000 people are technically living in poverty.

The study was presented to Santa Barbara County Supervisors yesterday, as part of an effort by the county to better use available resources for those in need.
