Widow Of Santa Barbara County Firefighter Who Died In Arizona Gives Birth To Baby Boy

The widow of a Santa Barbara County firefighter who was among the 19 hotshots killed in a huge Arizona blaze in June has given birth to a son.

Sean Jackson Herbert Misner weighed six pounds, 15 ounces, and both he and his mother, Amanda are reported to be doing well.

Sean Misner was a member of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who died fighting the Yarnell Hill wildfire.

He went to high school in the Santa Ynez Valley, and a number of relatives live in the county.
