Santa Barbara County Supervisors are set to consider a general plan amendment which would set the stage for a major new housing development on the Central Coast.
Developers want to build 69 new homes, and a three acre park on nearly 80 acres of land in Orcutt.
The proposed Bradley Village project is east of Bradley Road.
In addition to the homes, and park, the project would include 44 acres of open space, and trails.
County Supervisors meeting in Santa Maria tomorrow will consider a County Planning Commission recommendation to approve an environmental impact report, and general plan amendment to clear the way for the project.
