Four Ventura County teens are behind bars, after a crime spree involving a stolen SUV, a robbery, and a chase which ended with a traffic accident.
Ventura County Sheriff’s deputies say four teens in a SUV stolen from Oxnard drove to Thousand Oaks last night.
Deputies say the juveniles robbed two teens on the 1700 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard around 11:45 p.m.
The victims called 911, and officers quickly spotted the stolen SUV, which led to a short chase.
The driver of the SUV lost control of it at the intersection of Hillcrest, and Marin Drives, and it crashed.
The three Oxnard teens, and one Port Hueneme teen were arrested at the scene, and taken to juvenile hall.
