The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department has made two major marijuana raids in the last week, seizing more than 10,000 plants.
More than 7,000 plants were discovered, and removed from some publically owned land west of Paso Robles, in the Cypress Mountain Road area.
And, some 3,000 plants were seized from a growing operation in the Los Padres National Forest, near Pozo.
No arrests were made in connection with either raid.
The estimated street value of the 10,000 plants which were seized is about $6.5 million dollars.
