UC Santa Barbara is home to five Nobel Prize winners, and has an international reputation for its research in areas from physics, to marine biology.
But, it’s once again placed in the top ten in the nation on a list UCSB officials don’t like to advertise.
The campus is ranked second on the last edition of the Princeton Review’s Top Ten Party Schools in America.
Topping the 2014 list is the University of Iowa.
A Ventura County college also made one of the Princeton Review’s lists.
Thomas Aquinas College was ranked as the fourth most sober collage in America, in a list topped by Brigham Young University.
