A dog is continuing to recover at a Ventura County animal hospital, after surviving a terrible ordeal.
Doctors think someone strapped firecrackers on the Staffordshire Terrier around the Fourth Of July, and blew them up, severely burning the dog.
Now, a rescue group, a local veterinarian, and a human burn specialist have teamed up to try to help the dog.
