Hundreds of people took to the streets of the Conejo Valley to take a stand against genocide.

More than a dozen teams from different religious, and secular organizations took part in a walk with a message yesterday.

Michael Lysobey, one of the organizers of the Conejo Valley Walk to End Genocide, says one of the chief objectives is to educate people, and raise awareness about the problem.

In addition to raising awareness, the walk raised funds for Jewish World Watch, a non-profit organization which fights genocide, and atrocities against people around the world.
