A non-profit group working to preserve land from development in Ventura County is going to showcase its latest acquisition tonight.
The Ventura Hillsides Conservancy is holding its annual community meeting tonight.
But, unlike a traditional meeting, you’re being told to bring your hiking shoes, because the hour long presentation will wrap up with a brief tour of Conservancy’s recently acquired Willoughby Property.
The nine acres of land is next to where the meting is taking place tonight. It begins at 5 p.m., at the corporate offices of Patagonia, which is at 280 West Main Street, in Ventura.
