Political observers say the current national budget crisis which led to sequestration is just the latest example of what they call destructive partisanship.
Some former U-S Senators, and Congress members from throughout the country came to Ventura County yesterday for what they called a groundbreaking town hall meeting to try to start a national dialogue about the issue.
