On any given day, experts say there are more than 630,000 homeless people on the streets of our nation.
On the South Coast, estimates of the daily count are in the 3,000 person range. We’ll actually soon have a more precise number, with homeless counts occurring two weeks ago in both Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.
Today, County Supervisors in both counties are set to look at key plans dealing with homeless issues in their jurisdictions.
