The body of a diver who disappeared in the Channel Islands has been found.
The man was reported missing around noon Friday, while on a diving trip north of Santa Cruz Island.
The Coast Guard, along with searchers from Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties launched efforts to find the man.
His body was recovered around 4:15. Efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.
There’s no word yet on the cause of death. His name hasn’t been released yet, pending notification of relatives.
